This is roughly 25 or more years in the making. The marine outfit has always been my #1 wanted build for forever. A lost HGC PR pre-order and a Matsuo order from 2015 that STILL hasn’t seen the light of day and I didn’t think it would happen. Fast forward to today, 2 3D printers later and actual adult money to use it’s finally happening.
I have had the PaulsBoutique 3D printed Pilse rifle parts printed for months, and am finally getting around to building them. Aside from that I also printed his Motion Tracker parts and Spats Shoulder lamp and a Torch from Cults3D. The latter two have finally been finished.
While I had some Humbrol Paints in my cabinet, I used their comparison chart and got the armor colors from Valejo paints and upon recommendations from Paul’s Boutique, SMS airbrush paints for the Pilse Rifle including the “blaster brown” to mimic brown bess, which turns out quite nice.
So that is all for now. Stay tuned if you like for the armor, PR, and motion tracker in the coming weeks.
